Once a payment has been made — including deposits, assessments, or reservation fees — it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
This policy applies to all services and care arrangements at Kindred Spirit Home.
In cases where changes to service start dates or care plans are needed, management will work with families to adjust schedules when possible, but monetary refunds will not be issued.
